02 Account Registration
To create an account on FC99, you must meet the following requirements:
Eligibility Requirements

- Your account must not have been previously banned or terminated by FC99.
Information Provided at Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

KYC Verification
FC99 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This typically applies before your first withdrawal or when certain thresholds are reached. You may be required to provide a photo of your National ID or passport.
Please Note: If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the full balance will be forfeited. Any winnings earned through bonuses will also not be returned.
03 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
FC99 currently supports three mobile banking methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:
- Minimum deposit: ৳10
- Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳100
- KYC verification must be completed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
- Once verified, transactions are typically processed within 10 minutes.
- During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

05 Gaming Rules

Things to Keep in Mind While Playing
- Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is listed on the game's page.
- If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any active bets will be saved on the server.

07 Account Suspension & Closure
FC99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

- Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Request for self-exclusion.
- Direction from legal authorities.
